By agreeing to the terms of this Waiver, you fully and completely release, indemnify and hold harmless The Hormone Health Academy and Dr. Kristen Johnson and any of her directors, officers, employees, staff, consultants, agents or representatives (“Released Parties”) from any and all liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, that you ever had, now have or will have in the future against the Released Parties, arising from your participation in or in any way related to the Course even if such claim was reasonably foreseeable.
You are releasing the Released Parties at your own risk and you agree to forfeit any and all forms of legal recourse which may be available to you, including but not limited to any form of damages, as a result of your participation in the Course. You agree that these provisions apply to you, your family, heirs, executors or anyone else who may be able to bring a legal action on your behalf in the future.

Not liable for actions of ThriveCart Learn.
The Course will be made available through ThriveCart Learn (“the Platform”). The Hormone Health Academy and Dr. Kristen Johnson will not be liable for any actions or inaction of the Platform or any liabilities or losses arising from your use of the Platform. Please review and make sure you agree to the terms, conditions and privacy policy of the Platform prior to purchasing the Course.

Intellectual Property.
The Course will be made available to you through the Platform and you will have access to the Course content indefinitely. The Hormone Health Academy is the owner of the Course and holds all right and title to the Course content. This means that your purchase of the Course provides you with the right to view the Course content online only. The Hormone Health Academy will retain all original rights, title and interest in the Course content. You are not authorised to download, copy, sell, reproduce, duplicate, trade, distribute or exploit the Course content or any portion thereof for any purpose whatsoever. Any attempt to do so will be considered a breach of this Waiver and subject to legal recourse. The copyrighted, trademarked and original content you are provided are for your individual use only.

Privacy.
Your name, phone number and email address will be collected for the purposes of registration so that you may have access to the Course. Your information will be stored safely on the Platform and may be deleted upon request by you if you no longer wish to use the Course. Your information will not be shared with any other individual or entity. Please go to ThriveCart-Learn and review their privacy policy to make sure you are in agreement with their terms prior to purchasing the Course.

Refunds.
Refunds are not available after the purchase of the Course.

Jurisdiction.
This Waiver will be governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of Ontario.

General. The headings in this Waiver are for stylistic purposes only and have no legal meaning. If any part of this Waiver is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction all other parts shall remain in full force and effect.
